How Find the Guest Bingo works
Open the card
Guests follow your event link on their phones and open Find the Guest. No app download.
Find the person behind a clue
Ask around, introduce yourself and hear their story. Tap the square and choose the guest’s name, or type it in.
Complete a line
The matched square is marked on the card. With this 3 × 3 example, three squares in a row, column or diagonal make bingo.

“I lived in Lisbon, Edinburgh and Bristol.”
Your clue“Has lived in three cities”

Mix both families and friendship groups. Check that every clue has a match who will be there; avoid making one person the answer to half the card.
Let guests play at their own pace
- Allow about 20 minutes
- Introduce the game during the drinks reception, when people can chat freely. Pause for food, speeches and formal photos.
- Choose one clear finish
- A line is enough for a short game: three matches on a 3 × 3 card, four on a 4 × 4. Tell guests the rule before they start.
- Let people join in their own way
- Guests can play together on one phone, chat from their seats or skip the game. Keep any prize small and separate from meal service.
