Check these with your venue
For a short hosted quiz, plan around 10–15 questions and a 15–20 minute slot. Leave time for the stories after each reveal.

- A friend, DJ or MC with a host account and a device to control the quiz. A TV or projector where everyone can see the questions.
- Internet and guest phones
- Live play needs a reliable connection. Check reception at the tables, not just beside the router. One phone per table works for team answers.
- Sound, if you use music
- Test the speakers before guests arrive. Agree the quiz slot with your venue so it fits around food, speeches and dancing.

Common questions
When should we play the wedding quiz?
Choose a short, agreed slot when guests are settled and can see the screen. Check it with your venue and MC. Keep participation optional, and avoid holding up dinner or the start of dancing.
Can we play without phones or reliable Wi-Fi?
The live quiz needs internet and phones for answers. For a paper game, print your chosen games with Games, or use the free questions in our wedding question guide. A paper quiz needs someone to collect and mark the answers.
Who can see stories collected from our guests?
With Events, questionnaire contributions are collected privately for the organiser. You choose which stories become questions in the game.
Do we have to write every question ourselves?
No. Mix ready-made rounds with your own questions from Games. With Events, you can also collect guest answers and use them to create personal content. Review the wording and correct answers before hosting.
