Choose a plan and sign in to continue to checkout. Games covers live party games and quizzes for 24 hours or monthly. Events adds activities throughout your event, RSVP and photos for one chosen event or all your events with a monthly subscription.
Prepare your event as soon as payment is confirmed: edit games, send invitations, collect RSVPs and gather guest answers. When you choose Start event, games with participants open for 7 days.
Changing the event date, ending a game or activating again does not extend those 7 days. After the play period, your materials, results and stored photos remain available under their existing storage terms. Games access from this purchase applies to the selected event; standalone sessions use Free or a separate Games plan. Existing purchases retain their original terms. Events Monthly covers play while your subscription is active.
The limit applies to each session. You can play several games with the same group during your access period. Players who reconnect keep their place.
Yes. Events and Events Monthly let you connect a Canva presentation by link or upload a PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx) file. For Google Slides, download your presentation as PDF or PPTX, then upload it.
Show your slides on the guest screen and control them from your phone. Uploaded files can be up to 50 MB; slides are imported as still images, without animations or video playback.
Games is for live party games and quizzes. Bingo, Missions, Predictions, Awards and guest photo uploads require Events.
Events and Events Monthly include Bingo and Secret Missions photo submissions, direct uploads to Moments and a photo slideshow.
Legacy one-event Games purchases keep their original 30-day photo storage. New Games plans do not include guest photos. Events and Events Monthly keep game, questionnaire and Moments photos for 12 months after each event. Free does not include guest photo uploads.
The period starts from the event date, not the payment date. For an event without a date, it starts when you set one; for a standalone game without a date, it starts on the day of the first photo. Cancelling Events Monthly does not shorten storage already granted to an event.
Download your photos from Results & moments before the deadline. We email the organiser 14 days and 1 day before deletion. Photos in your personal question library are stored separately. Photos uploaded before this policy, including beta uploads, do not receive a deletion date retroactively.
