Guest awards

What you can do

Celebrate the person who made everyone feel welcome, told the best story or came up with the plan. Guests choose someone for each award, and their reasons make the reveal personal.

• Choose who takes part

  Manage the people available for nomination. Decide whether new guests are added automatically, who may vote and whether self-nominations are allowed.

  

• Collect the reason, too

  Guests can explain their choice. Make reasons required or optional, and decide whether their authors are named when you reveal them.

  

• Keep choices open until you are ready

  Guests can review and edit their nominations while voting is open. Close choices manually or at a set time. Control visibility separately; winners stay hidden until the ceremony.

  

• Set the nomination rules

  Choose whether guests must give a reason, can nominate themselves or are named beside their comments. Use Manage to choose who can be nominated.

  

• Awards that fit your group

  Choose a pack or write your own categories and prompts. Use warm, playful or work-related awards, with at least three categories for the activity.

• Give every winner a moment

  Reveal the category, winner and selected reasons in stages on a shared screen. Tied winners share the award, while vote totals stay hidden from guests.

How it works

1. Choose your awards

   Add Guest awards to an event. Prepare at least three categories, check the nominee list and choose your voting and comment settings.

2. Invite private nominations

   Show the activity and open answers. Guests join on their phones, choose a person for each award and add a reason.

3. Host the ceremony

   Close voting and open Awards in the host controls. Reveal each category, its winner or tied winners, and the reasons you want to share.
